This is a great snack to have on the go, with your milk of choice, yogurt, whatever your pleasure. Even just a nibble with coffee. Adding puffed rice and millet give it a nice twist. Any nuts or seeds (hemp, sunflower, chia, flax) will work, or none at all. For the sugars, use, a healthy syrup or agave, versus, white sugar, unless, that is all you have at the moment. When you do make it, make a lot as it will not last long.
