You can usually guarantee two good steaks from one average cauliflower head. Sometimes more. Use the ends and place them on the sheet pan with the rest of the cauliflower. Season this plain, salt and pepper or use e spice rub, ,like you would on chicken or steak. You will not be disappointed.
