ROASTED CAULIFLOWER SALAD WITH LEMON TAHINI DRESSING

In this photo, I added a bit of sweet potato, so you can see it is ok, to add additional vegetables. Make sure the vegetables are not double layered too much on the sheet pan. It will not allow for proper browning. The red onions are better than white in this, but if that is all you have, it is ok. Be sure to taste the dressing as well, and adjust if necessary, that is normal.
