Home chef, cooking instructor, mother, wife, woman… juggling it all and taking on what life brings with enthusiasm. My professional training comes post-undergraduate from a local community college (studying under a certified master chef) and various recreational cooking schools in Italy, Chicago, New Orleans, and New York City. My practical training comes from many hours in the kitchen cooking, eating, entertaining, and teaching. I have owned and run my own culinary school since 2002. I successfully teach the average person how to navigate through the kitchen with more confidence and vigor and I am proud of what I do!
