SAUTEED BROCCOLI RABE CROSTINI WITH CANNELLINI BEANS

There are certain people who love Broccoli Rabe. I am one of them. Especially when I make them at home, because they never seem to be good enough at restaurants. Maybe they are not seasoned enough, not enough olive oil or garlic, I guess I have high expectations. Nonetheless, use a lot of extra virgin olive oil, a lot of salt, garlic  and you will be good to go. This recipe gives you the option to make them as a crostini, BONUS. You will not be disappointed with either.
