Grilled Spatchcocked Chicken with Spring Asparagus Salad

This is a welcome dish with get outside and fire up that grill. Welcoming the warm weather. Spatchcocking the whole chicken is a great technique to cook it on the grill. The star of the accompanying salad is the asparagus, of which its prime time appearance is Spring. Alongside the asparagus is peas, edamame, lima beans, but feel free to use any combination you like. Be sure to have a bit of extra salad dressing to drizzle on top of your carved chicken and you have a meal fit for KINGS! Enjoy my friends.
