I love the addition of broccoli rabe to this sandwich. In my opinion, any chance to add more vegetables to a dish is welcomed. In this case, the broccoli rabe adds a slight bit of bitterness to break up the richness of pork and adding the garlic aioli just brings this sandwich to another level.
