I had the honor of hosting the New Canaan Library’s first adult culinary program in their new, professional teaching kitchen! I demonstrated how to prepare a Late Summer One Pot dinner.
It was perfect opportunity for my guests to expand their culinary repertoire and learn valuable kitchen skills from a seasoned expert. I was able to guide everyone through each step of the process, from selecting fresh ingredients to creating a flavorful and satisfying meal. Whether they were seasoned cook or just starting out, the event was both informative and entertaining.
Guests were able to enjoy a glass of wine and snacks while I prepared this incredible dish as well as salad, bread and fruit compote for dessert! Participants even got to leave with the recipes for this easy-to-recreate menu.
I also had the chance to stop by the New Canaan Farmer’s Market ahead of time to pick up fresh food to cook with all of the participants during the event! Make sure to follow me to stay up to date with any future events I’m featured at and visit my website culinaryworks.com to sign up for a cooking class today.
