A wonderful Peach and Blueberry Cobbler recipe.
Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and set aside.
Preparation: Pour lemon juice into a medium bowl and sprinkle in the gelatin. Let sit until gelatin “blooms” (softens), about 10 minutes.
Preparation: In a blender, combine watermelon, lime zest and juice, tequila and agave and blend until smooth, adding watermelon in batches if necessary.
