Culinary Works was proud to partner with and host the Robert Naldi Collection, an international luxury hotel brand based in Italy and abroad. Three hotel locations came together in our DEANE kitchen showroom in Stamford, Connecticut. The Hotel Splendide Royal Roma, Hotel Splendide Royal Paris, and Hotel Splendide Royal Lugano (Switzerland) prepared their delicious recipes, including a mouthwatering raclette, rigatoni with carbonara, and a crepe Suzette for dessert.
