2 cups Sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped and drained
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste
2-3 Chopped Scallions or 1 small bunch chives – chopped
10-12 large leaves fresh Basil – chopped
Pulse first 5 ingredients in processor with metal blade. Fold in the chopped scallions and basil.
Serve with raw vegetables, pita crisps, bread or crackers.
You can also use dried sundried tomatoes and rehydrate them in hot water.
