SEARED TUNA CROSTINI

If you are a fan or FRESH TUNA, this is undoubtedly for you! You will not be disappointed. However, do seek out a high quality piece of fish, all the better.  Serve this on crostini’s or just sliced on a platter with the sauce drizzled on top. Make the sauce juicy (use more extra virgin olive oil) than you would imagine and be relatively generous with the sauce on the tuna. ITS SOO GOOD!
